All orders in the continental U.S. are shipped by UPS Ground except APOs, FPOs and overseas APOs and FPOs are sent by US Mail. All orders to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped Second Day Air unless otherwise instructed.  If we ship to a P.O. address, an additional charge may occur due to the dimensions of the package.

We are required by law to collect 6% Kentucky State Sales Tax on all items to be shipped within the state of Kentucky.

Please allow specified time for custom orders. Please note Food Items and special orders are not returnable.

We strive to ensure your satisfaction and accept most merchandise for return or exchange within 14 business days of purchase.  Sorry, no returns on dated merchandise less than 14 working days prior to the event.  There is a re-stocking fee of 25% for any returns.

Foreign Orders: All orders from outside the U.S. must be paid by credit, in U.S. funds only Please include a phone number where we can reach you during our business hours. We will notify you of shipping costs before we ship your order.

Express shipping is available upon request.  2 Day Air and Next Day Air rate are determined by destination, weight and dimensions of package after it is packed.
Shipping rates include insurance and may be adjusted for oversized items, Some items may be shipped separately and will arrive on different days.
